Terms and Conditions for Online Course “Extraversion for Introverts”

 These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the online course and related services (the "Course") provided by One Quark Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using the Course, you ("you" or "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not enroll in or access the Course.

1. Enrollment and Access:

3. Course Requirements and Expectations:

4.1. Fees: The Course fees are as stated on our website at the time of enrollment.

4.2. Payment: Payment for the Course must be made at the time of enrollment through the available payment methods on our website.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty:

5.1. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Course content.

5.2. The Course is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6.1. In no event shall One Quark Media LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the Course or your use of the Course content.

7. Modifications to the Course or Agreement:

7.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Course at any time without prior notice.

7.2. We may also update or amend this Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of the Course after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

8. Slack Community and Code of Conduct:

8.1. Slack Community: As part of the Course, participants may have access to a Slack community or other interactive platforms ("Community") to facilitate discussion, collaboration, and engagement.

8.2. Code of Conduct: The Community is intended to be a supportive and respectful environment for all participants. By participating in the Community, you agree to abide by the following guidelines:

1. Respectful Communication: Treat all participants with respect and courtesy. Avoid using offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language. Do not engage in personal attacks or harassment.
2. Constructive Feedback: Provide feedback and engage in discussions in a constructive and helpful manner. Avoid making derogatory or demeaning remarks.
3. Compliance with Laws and Policies: Do not use the Community to engage in any illegal activities or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of any sensitive or private information shared by other participants in the Community.
5. No Spamming or Self-Promotion: Do not spam the Community with irrelevant or promotional content. Self-promotion should be limited and in accordance with the Community's guidelines.
6. No Unauthorized Sharing: Do not share any copyrighted, confidential, or proprietary information without proper authorization.

8.3. Monitoring and Enforcement: We reserve the right to monitor the Community and enforce this Code of Conduct. In case of violations, we may take appropriate actions, including but not limited to warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the Community and Course access.

8.4. No Tolerance for Abusive Language:

8.4.1 We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive language, bad attitude, harassment, or any form of aggressive behavior towards other participants or Course instructors.

8.4.2 Any participant found engaging in such behavior may be subject to immediate removal from the Course without refund.

9. Termination:

9.1. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Course and the Community at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violating this Code of Conduct or engaging in abusive behavior towards others.

10. Acknowledgment:

10.1. By participating in the Community and accessing the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.

10.2. You also understand that failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in the termination of your access to the Course and the Community.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

11.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

11.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
